Using our Online Catalogue
You can use the catalogue in a variety of ways:

- Select a category to view all the products in that chosen section.
- Special Offers
- Select this to see the current special offers.
- Search
- Select this to search for your chosen items, specifying catagory, price range, reference codes or keywords.
- Enquiry
- To place an enquiry you must first register using the LOGIN button, if you have already registered, simply enter your email address and your information will be retrieved from our database. To submit your enquiry, click the enquiry tab and select current enquiry.
Paper Catalogue
We also have a full paper catalogue that is available to you, if you would like to receive a copy then please goto the contact page and fill in your relevant details, then tick the please send me a catalogue box.

Complaints
All complaints should be made, in writing, via e-mail, post or fax. We will acknowledged complaints within 5 working days; the complaint will be handled within 10 working days of receipt and the customer notified of the findings within 10 working days of acknowledgement.
Delivery
All UK orders are despatched First Class post, overseas orders are sent First Class Airmail. All orders, UK and overseas, are despatched after 10 banking days of receipt.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event your order is not currently in stock we will advise you within 48 hrs. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order with complete refund, await re-stocking or to select an alternative design. We aim to hold all items in stock or to re-stock within 14 days.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose information collected to third parties, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected is for processing orders. From time to time, we may advise you of offers or up-dates, although we will not send unsolicited mail. Should you not wish to receive any marketing news directly associated with Forget Me Not you may say so. The information collected will be your name, address, phone number, e-mail and relevant information to your enquiry.
